No Helpdesk phones on Thursday 19th March

All staff based at the RCS England offices will be working off-site for Thursday 19th March and as a result it will not be possible for JCST to deliver any Helpdesk phone support for that day - we apologise for any inconvenience and disruption this may cause.

If you have a query it will only be possible to address this via email – subsequently we are anticipating a large increase in the number of emails we need to deal with which will have an impact on the speed with which we can respond to them, please do bear this in mind when sending in any queries you may have. 
We recommend that you refer to our website, quick guides, videos and other online help in case that can answer your question(s) before you send an email.
