Covid19 and service provision

Following the latest government advice (16 March 2020) all staff based at the RCS England offices are working off-site and as a result we are temporarily restricted in the service we are able to provide, including any Helpdesk phone support. This is a temporary measure and we will update all our stakeholders if/when anything changes. We apologise for any inconvenience and disruption this may cause.

If you have a query it will only be possible to address this via email – subsequently we are anticipating a large increase in the number of emails we need to deal with which will have an impact on the speed with which we can respond to them. Please do bear this in mind when sending in any queries you may have.

We recommend that you refer to our website, quick guides, videos and other online help in case that can answer your question(s) before you send an email.
