Whose responsibility is it to ensure all the paperwork is submitted to the JCST?
It is the responsibility of individual trainees to ensure that all their paperwork reaches the JCST. It is not the JCST's responsibility to chase this up. However, once the JCST is awaiting a single piece of outstanding information to complete a CSD application, or where there has been no contact with the trainee for some time, the specialty team will chase the outstanding information.
