Trainees in a training programme
If I do not want my Out of Programme post to count towards training do I need to inform JCST?
Yes. We will require written confirmation from yourself, your Training Programme Director and Postgraduate Deanery. This could be an OOP form, completed and signed by the relevant parties. We will then write to you to confirm that the post will not count towards your training and that your expected CCT/CESR date has been amended accordingly.
Please note that PMETB approval will not be necessary. Consequently this means that your post cannot be counted at a later stage.
