The Toolkit
The toolkit is formatted around four phases of the selection process (click here for an overview of content). Each phase has a PDF document with accompanying appendices and materials. Version 1 of the toolkit has developed the shortlisting and selection centre/interview content (Phase 2 and Phase 3). Phase 1 and 4 content will be added shortly. Continual refreshment and updating of the Toolkit is being conducted. We are conducting evaluation and feedback of the content.
